Laurie Murphy

LAURIE MURPHY is an arts and entertainment producer, a marketing specialist, and a communications/PR practitioner.

She is a producer, director, improv teacher and actor. Recent theatre projects are Never Before Scene (with co-creator Albert Arsenault), Ebb  & Flow: Tides of Settlement on PEI (with co-creator Amanda Mark), and The HA Club improv projects in Charlottetown, and Summerside. Theatre is a passion for Murphy, whether she is creating it or promoting the work of others.

MARRAM Marketing & Productions is her sole-proprietor business, started in 2015 in Toronto. A specialist in the creation and execution of strategic marketing and communications/public relations campaigns, she has helped clients build brand and develop stronger connection with their customers.

Murphy is a national award-winning media relations practitioner, recognized for professionalism and grace under pressure. She has also received awards for her work in heritage, writing and direction.
