I play Chinese traditional music with my pipa, and also, I am a big fan of the world music enjoy all kinds of collaborations.
Biography
Tiffany Liu, hailing from China, has mastered the Pipa over two decades. Her talent shone brightly in 2014 with her inaugural solo concert. Since settling in Canada in 2016, she's been captivating Prince Edward Island (PEI) audiences with the Pipa at events like The Island Drive-In Festival and the Illumination Festival of CanadaGames 2023.
In 2022, Tiffany received a PEI Provincial Arts Grant, resulting in her debut Pipa album, "Riding the Waves," launched to acclaim in March 2023. The accolades continued in March 2024 when she won the "Achievement of World Music" at the MusicPEI Awards and earned an ECMA nomination for "Global Recording of the Year."
